I lost my father when I was just 15.
And it changed the way I would look at health for the rest of my life.
My Vision
To create a world where people prioritize their health before illness forces them to.
My Mission
To help people transform from the inside out by building stronger bodies, healthier minds and sustainable lifestyles they can carry for life.
About Rushali
I didn't choose fitness just to build a career. My experiences gave me a reason to make health my life's work.
01. The Experience That Changed How I See Health
I lost my father when I was just 15 years old.
Before losing him, I had watched his health deteriorate after a serious intestinal illness. Hospital visits became part of our lives, followed by almost an entire year of seeing him unwell at home.
At 15, I may not have understood everything about health, but I understood what it felt like when one person's health struggle changed the life of an entire family.
Losing my father so young stayed with me.
Years later, it became one of the biggest reasons behind what I do today.
I believe we often start valuing our health only when something goes wrong. I want to help people change that—to take care of their bodies, understand their health and build better lifestyles before they're forced to.
If my work can help even one person become healthier and help one family avoid some of the suffering my family experienced, that is success to me.

02. Then Fitness Changed Me — Inside & Out
I wasn't always the confident, strong person you see today.
Growing up, I never played sports. I was physically weak and underconfident, and during a trip to Manali in 2019, I realized just how much my lack of fitness was limiting me.
That's when I started working out.
Then came my own struggle with PCOS.
As I started learning about exercise, nutrition and lifestyle changes, I worked on my health consistently. Within around 3–6 months, my PCOS symptoms improved significantly, and over my transformation journey, I lost 10 kg.
But what fitness gave me was far greater than weight loss.
It changed my identity.
I went from being someone who lacked confidence to someone who could walk into a room, stand tall and feel comfortable being herself.
Building a strong physique changed how I carried myself. It changed how people perceived me—but more importantly, it changed how I perceived myself.
I felt stronger. More capable. More disciplined. More confident.
That's when I understood that fitness can transform a person from the inside out.
Your body changes, but along the way, your mindset, confidence, discipline and relationship with yourself can change too.

03. I Had Built a Career in a Completely Different World
Before fitness became my profession, academics and the corporate world were my path.
I completed my Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Finance & IT, earning a Silver Medal for academic excellence.
I then spent several years working in IT.
On paper, I had built the career I was supposed to build.
But my own transformation had made me increasingly curious about the human body, nutrition, movement and lifestyle.
Eventually, I realized:
I didn't just want health to be something I practiced. I wanted it to become something I helped others experience.

04. Turning My Experience Into Expertise
Passion alone wasn't enough for me. If I was going to take responsibility for someone's health and fitness journey, I wanted proper education behind it.
I pursued my Master Personal Trainer education, completing 500+ hours of learning, and continued specializing across personal training, lifestyle & health coaching, nutrition, women's health, strength & conditioning, corrective exercise, prehabilitation and rehabilitation, Pilates and more.
Today, I hold 20+ professional certifications and have worked with 100+ clients across different lifestyles, health challenges and goals.
But every qualification ultimately serves the same purpose:
Helping people understand their bodies and become capable of taking care of their health for life.

05. Why I Coach Differently
My experiences taught me that health isn't simply:
"Lose 10 kg."
It's waking up with energy.
It's being strong enough to live independently.
It's eating without constant guilt.
It's sleeping better.
It's having the stamina to travel, dance, work and enjoy life.
It's feeling confident when you look in the mirror.
And it's building habits that don't disappear the moment your coaching program ends.
That's why my approach combines:
Nutrition • Strength • Movement • Sleep • Stress Management • Women's Health • Mindset • Sustainable Habits
I don't want my clients to depend on me forever.
I want them to understand themselves well enough that eventually, they don't need me.
